‘Esa Diva’ to be revamped for Basel performance
As has been common place for most Eurovision entries selected through a national final, the winning song from this years’ Benidorm Fest 2025 will be revamped ahead of the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 in Basel, Switzerland this May. In the aftermath of a highly competitive Spanish national selection, Melody confirmed the news in an interview with broadcaster RTVE. In order to get message of the song across to European and Australian audiences that will be voting in May, ‘Esa Diva’ will undergo some slight tweaks.
We will make some changes, so that Europe understands it better. Musically, we have room to create something even more striking, and I believe the final version will surprise everyone.
