Tonight, the 75th Festival della Canzone Italiana di Sanremo will continue at the Ariston Theatre, with the third of five consecutive nights of Italian music.

Tonight, the second half of the entries from the “Campioni” category will perform. They will also be joined by the two final acts of the “Nuove proposte” (“New proposals”) category, who will open the show.

14 entries will compete, but the running order will be announced later this afternoon. Carlo Conti explained that there were some technical aspects to clarify before confirming it. In alphabetical order, they are:

- Coma_Cose – “Cuoricini“
- Francesco Gabbani – “Viva la vita“
- Gaia – “Chiamo io chiami tu“
- Irama – “Lentamente“
- Joan Thiele – “Eco“
- Massimo Ranieri – “Tra le mani un cuore“
- Modà – “Non ti dimentico“
- Noemi – “Se t’innamori muori“
- Olly – “Balorda nostalgia“
- Sarah Toscano – “Amarcord“
- Shablo ft. Guè, Joshua, Tormento – “La mia parola“
- Tony Effe – “Damme ‘na mano“
Among these, only one entry were part of the first night’s Top Five, Brunori Sas.
The show will be hosted by the new Sanremo artistic director Carlo Conti, who held the role between 2015 and 2017, replacing Amadeus, who had directed Sanremo since 2020. He will co-host the evening with actor Miriam Leone, singer Elettra Lamborghini and comedian Katia Follesa.
The evening will also feature several guests:
- British new wave band Duran Duran, marking four decades since their 1985 Sanremo appearanc.
- Singer-songwriter Edoardo Bennato
- Dario D’Ambrosi and the actors of the Teatro Patologico
- Iva Zanicchi, who will receive a special award for her career achievements
Format
For the third night, the votes will be open to the public, and will be combined with votes from the Radio jury (which is separate from yesterday’s jury, which represented the written and web press as well as televisions). Once again, only a top 5 will be revealed at the end of the night.
