The Norweigan national final Melodi Grand Prix has come to a close in the Oslo Spektrum, hosted by Markus Neby, Marte Stokstad and Tete Lidbom. Kyle Alessandro was chosen by juries and the public to represent Norway at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 in Basel, Switzerland.
Nine songs competed with numerous returning artists, including Eurovision 1985 winners Bobbysocks. Kyle Alessandro came out on top, with Nataleen placing second and Bobbysocks placing third.
Kyle will perform “Lighter” in the first semi final on 13 May 2025.
