KAJ has won Melodifestivalen 2025 and will represent Sweden at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 in Basel, Switzerland. Held at the Strawberry Arena in Stockholm, the contest was hosted by Edvin Törnblom and Keyyo on Saturday, March 8, 2025.
KAJ with the song “Bara bada bastu” was victorious at the 65th edition of Melodifestivalen. This year saw changes to the format of the ever changing contest. There were five heats with six songs competing for two spots in the final and one in the final qualification round held at the end of heat five.
