Zoë Më releases her Eurovision entry for Switzerland

Five days ago, it was revealed that Zoë Më would represent Switzerland at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025, held in Basel. Her entry, “Voyage”, has now been released.

“Voyage” (“Journey” in English) has just been released, and it is fully in French. This makes it the fourth entry this year fully or with a significant portion in French (fifth if you count Australia, with just one line), with France yet to release its entry later this week, which will also be in French, making it five to six.

Zoë Më is a 25-year-old Swiss artist born on October 6, 2000 in the Basel region, with a distinct bilingual pop music identity, which she describes as ‘Chill Noir‘. She blends German and French in her songs, sometimes within the same track. She grew up in Germany (2003-2009) and has been living in the bilingual city of Fribourg since 2009. Though not raised in a bilingual family, she learned French at school and through friends and has been writing her own songs since the age of twelve, initially as a composer. Her musical style exists somewhere between film music and modern beats, reflecting the image of a young woman who embraces her imperfections.

Zoë Më achieved early recognition by winning the Road to Wake‘n‘Jam contest in 2016 and performing in the JRZ-Glasbox of SRF3 in 2017. She released her self-produced debut album, MOMOKO, in 2020, writing all 12 songs and managing various aspects of its release. Releasing several singles and EPs in the last few years, she released a new EP, “Dorienne Girls”, in 2024 which include the bilingual single of the same name.
