France Télévisions, the national broadcaster responsible for the selections of France has confirmed participation at the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 taking place in Vienna, Austria next May.

In a post on the official Eurovision France account, the broadcaster confirms its intention to participate in the Eurovision Song Contest 2026.
As of yet, France Télévisions have not confirmed the method of selection for its representative in Vienna, Austria next May. In recent years the broadcaster has preferred to use an internal selection process. Although it has previously used a national selection format as well. Between the years of 2018 to 2022 a televised broadcast chose their Eurovision artists.
