Marvin Dietmann named Head of Contest for Eurovision 2026

ORF, the host broadcaster of the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 have announced that the renowned Artistic and Stage Director, Marvin Dietmann will be the Head of Contest in Vienna this May.

ORF have announced a new Head of Contest for the Eurovision Song Contest 2026. Marvin Dietmann takes over the role previously occupied by Christer Björkman.

Marvin brings a wealth of Eurovision experience to the upcoming 70th Anniversary edition. Throughout his illustrious career, Marvin has staged over 30 Eurovision entries. Including staging Austria’s 2014 Eurovision winner, ‘Rise Like A Phoenix’ and the UK’s 2022 runner-up, Space Man’. During the 2015, 2017 and 2018 contests, Marvin worked as the Stage Director. In 2019 was the Deputy Contest Producer and Head of the Viewing Room at the Tel Aviv contest.
