Today, TVP the national broadcaster of Poland, has confirmed the list of acts and their songs that will participate in the upcoming Polish national selection Wielki finał polskich kwalifikacji 2026.
🇵🇱 TVP selects 8 acts for Wielki finał polskich kwalifikacji 2026
Last year, Poland announced their intention to participate in Eurovision 2026. After the submission window closed, TVP shortlisted 20 acts for consideration based on a jury review of the entries received. Before Christmas, TVP held live auditions in its television studio to further access the acts. The eight acts and their songs that will compete in Wielki finał polskich kwalifikacji 2026 are as follows:
- Ola Antoniak – ‘Don’t You Try’
- Basia Giewont – ‘Zimna woda’
- Stasiek Kukulski – ‘This Too Shall Pass’
- Anastazja – ‘Wild Child’
- Piotr Pręgowski – ‘Parawany Tango’
- Jeremi Sikorski – ‘Cienie przeszłości’
- Karolina Szczurowska – ‘Nie bój się’
- Alicja – ‘Pray’
Among the participants is a return for Poland’s former Eurovision 2020 representative, Alicja. Of course, the COVID-19 pandemic prevented Alicja from having the full Eurovision experience with ‘Empires’.
The national final will take place on February 14 with more details expected to be announced over the coming weeks. The winner will be determined through televoting only. A back-up jury is available in the event of technical difficulties.
