Bzikebi to represent Georgia at Eurovision 2026

GPB becomes the latest broadcaster to confirm their act for the Eurovision Song Contest 2026. Former Junior Eurovision 2008 winners Bzikebi have reunited to take on Eurovision itself in Vienna, Austria this May!

In news that will cause a ‘BZZZ’ online, Georgia has announced that their JESC 2008 winners Bzikebi have reunited to represent the nation at the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 taking place in Vienna, Austria this May.

Back in 2008, the trio who were just 10-years of age, set the Caucasus nation on its record-breaking path of JESC domination. Earning the first of Georgia’s four victories with, ‘BZZZ’. Last December, the group returned to the JESC stage in Tbilisi to perform in the interval for the host nation with new single, “We Don’t Sleep”. Many speculated at the time, if this was hinting towards a future Eurovision participation… and now we have our answer!

At the time of writing, no further details on the song Bzikebi will perform in Vienna have been announced. Of course, Georgia have history in converting their Junior Eurovision stars to the Eurovision stage. In the Liverpool contest in 2023, Iru represented Georgia after previously winning Junior Eurovision for Georgia back in 2011.
