🇩🇪 Eurovision Song Contest – Das Deutsche Finale 2026 artists announced
The nine finalists for Germany’s upcoming Eurovision 2026 selection have been chosen. Last year, SWR hosted a songwriting camp from which the artists and songs were selected. Alongside this, SWR formed their own shortlists of prospective artists and songs. They were assessed through the use of an expert panel, international jury and public jury to choose the nine finalists for Eurovision Song Contest – Das Deutsche Finale 2026 taking place on February 28.
- BELA – ‘Herz’
- Dreamboys The Band – ‘Jeanie’
- Laura Nahr – ‘Wonderland’
- Malou Lovis – ‘when I’m with you’
- Molly Sue – ‘Optimist (Ha Ha Ha)’
- MYLE – ‘A OK’
- Ragazzki – ‘Ciao Ragazzki’
- Sarah Engels – ‘Fire’
- wavvyboi – ‘black glitter’
The winner of Eurovision Song Contest – Das Deutsche Finale 2026 will be determined over two rounds. In the first round a twenty member international jury will vote on the nine Eurovision candidate entries performed by the competing artists. The top three in the vote will advance to the Super-Final. During the Super-Final the German audience alone will decide who they want to perform for the nation in Vienna this May.
