Søren Torpegaard Lund wins DMGP 2026 – “Før vi går hjem” to Eurovision for Denmark

Søren Torpegaard Lund won the super-final of the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix, and will thus represent Denmark in Eurovision in May, in Vienna, with the entry “Før vi går hjem”.

The voting in DMGP 2026 took place over two rounds, with a similar 50/50 system between a jury and public voting. After the first round, the top three entries entered the super-final, where another round of voting took place to determine the winner.

The final top 3 was:

  1. Søren Torpegaard Lund – “Før vi går hjem” – 39 points
  2. Ericka Jane – “Death of Me” – 31 points
  3. Sissal – “Infinity” – 30 points
