Eurovizija.LT 2026 Grand Final running order and wildcard winner announced

Today, Lithuania’s national broadcaster LRT confirmed the running order for its Eurovision 2026 selection Eurovizija.LT 2026 following the announcement that Nøra Blu has received a wildcard into the live Grand Final.

This year, LRT changed the format of its selection slightly. All of the third placed entries in the Semi-Finals of Eurovizija.LT 2026 qualified for the wildcard round. After the conclusion of the Semi-Finals an online vote opened to choose one wildcard from the five acts to advance to the Grand Final. The five acts entered into the wildcard vote were:

  • Thomas G – ‘One Night Lover’
  • Grete – ‘Parade’
  • Aurimo Papečkio-Aury – ‘Tu mano’
  • Nøra Blu – ‘Hold My Own’
  • Jokūbas Jankauskas – ‘Shine’

LRT has now confirmed Nøra Blu will advance to the Grand Final of Eurovizija.LT 2026.

During the Grand Final at the Vilnius Twinsbet Arena on February 27, only the combined jury and televote will decide the winner. The televote will break any ties in the results for the eleven finalists. The bonus Super-Final round will no longer be used. The winner of Eurovizija.LT 2026 will represent Lithuania at the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 taking place in Vienna, Austria this May. The running order is as follows:

  1. Rug!le – ‘Ikona Žemaitė’
  2. Walls of Water – ‘Unshakeable’
  3. Lion Ceccah – ‘Sólo quiero más’
  4. Nøra Blu – ‘Hold My Own’

Lithuania in the Eurovision Song Contest

Lithuania debuted at the contest in 1994. Their first entrant, Ovidijus Vyšniauskas with the song ‘Lopšinė mylimai‘, finished last with nil points. However, this didn’t deter them from continuing; they have participated every year since 2004. Overall, Lithuania have participated in 18 Grand Finals from 25 appearances. Their best finish came in 2006 with LT United’s ‘We Are The Winners. Despite the title, LT United could only manage 6th. Since undertaking a complete overhaul of the national selection, Lithuania have advanced to the Grand Final four times in a row.

Last year, the Lithuanian jury and public chose Katarsis with ‘Tavo akys’ in EUROVIZIJA.LT 2025. During the Basel contest, Katarsis placed 16th with 96 points in the Grand Final.
