The second night of the Sanremo Music Festival has just concluded, with fifteen songs performing, half of the line-up. A randomly-ordered Top 5 was revealed at the end of the broadcast.
First hints of the televote
Yesterday, only the TV and Web press jury could vote. This time, the general public started to vote, accounting for 50% of the evening’s total, with the other half coming from the radio jury.
The top 5 after all 15 songs had performed was:
- Tommaso Paradiso – “I romantici”
- LDA & Aka 7even – “Poesie clandestine”
- Nayt – “Prima che”
- Fedez & Masini – “Male necessario”
- Ermal Meta – “Stella Stellina”
Final duel selected for the “Newcomers”
The evening also saw the semi-finals of the “Newcomers” section, with two duels. Each was decided by a 33/33/34 split between TV & Web jury, radio jury and televote.
Duel 1
- Nicolò Filippucci – “Laguna” (winner)
- Blind, El Ma & Soniko – “Nei miei DM”
Duel 2
- Mazzariello – “Manifestazione d’amore”
- Angelica Bove – “Mattone” (winner)
The two winners will compete in the final, which will be held during Night 3 of the Festival, this Thursday.
