On 7th March 2026, the national final to select Sweden’s representative at the Eurovision Song Contest – Melodifestivalen took place and after winning the international jury vote and the televote from the Swedish public, techno pop song “My System” performed by Felicia won.
🇸🇪 How it all concluded
In the aftermath of the final heat, SVT allocated the running the order for the Grand Final of Melodifestivalen 2026. The twelve acts performed again in the Final on Saturday March 7 at the Strawberry Arena in Stockholm. The order was as follows:-
- A*Teens – ‘Iconic’
- Meira Omar – ‘Dooset Daram’
- Lilla Al-Fadji – ‘Delulu’
- Saga Ludvigsson – ‘Ain’t Today’
- Smash Into Pieces – ‘Hollow’
- Cimberly – ‘Eternity’
- Medina – ‘Viva l’amor’
- Greczula – ‘Half Of Me’
- Robin Bengtsson – ‘Honey Honey’
- Felicia – ‘My System’
- Sanna Nielsen – ‘Waste Your Love’
- Brandsta City Slackers – ‘Rakt in i elden’
During the Final, the winner was chosen from the combined votes of the international jury (50%) and national televote (50%). The winner will represent Sweden at the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 in Vienna, Austria this May.
