As the Eurovision 2027 season continues to take shape, ERT the national broadcaster of Greece has confirmed 234 songs were submitted to Sing For Greece 2027.
🇬🇷 Sing For Greece 2027 Grand Final set for February 13
After another successful edition of Sing For Greece, resulting in a top 10 placing for Akylas, ERT have opted to continue with the process for the third time in 2027. The three show event will commence early next year with Semi-Finals on February 9 and 11. The Grand Final of Greece’s selection will take place on February 13.
Overall, 234 entries were submitted through the open song submission portal on ERT’s website. The use of AI in the songs submitted was prohibited. As many as twenty songs will compete in the Semi-Finals. From these shows, the public will choose 12 to compete in the Grand Final. For the first time, the competition moves from Athens to the second city of Thessaloniki. The Grand Final will be held at the Thessaloniki Concert Hall. During the live Final the winner will be chosen from a combination of the Greek jury, Greek televote and international jury.
