Furthermore,ย read our handy guideย for a more detailed look at this contestโ€™s rehearsal schedule.
In addition, for our immediate reactions to every single rehearsal, you can follow our live stream from the press centre at the Altice Arena byย visiting our YouTube channel.
The final artist to rehearse today isย Jessica Mauboy. We have just watched theirย first run through ofย We Got Loveย live on screen forย Australiaย and here is our initial reaction.

Staging

The stage is dark for the beginning of the performance, with LED strip lights either side of Jessica. She performs fast arm choreography throughout the song, which is accompanied by fast camera switches more often than not.
For the second verse, Jessica begins sitting on the stage at the centre of the two sets of diagonal LEDs. During the verses, the rest of the stage is dark with only the LED stripes lighting up. However, for the chorus, the stage is bathed in white lights.
The LED stripย lights are purple and turquoise for the majority of the song but turn red for the instrumental breakdown which is, of course, accompanied by more fast camera switches.

Vocals

Jessica’s vocals are solid on first run through, and are sure to improve as she strikes the optimum balance between vocal control and her on-stage choreography!

Costumes

Jessica is wearing a short metallic dress, which is sparkly and pink and purple in colour.

Watch the rehearsal!

That concludes our final rehearsal for today. Make sure you stay tuned for the results of today’s Daily Press Poll.ย Meanwhile, remember to tune in to ourย live stream from the press centreย for instant reactionsย to each rehearsal.

Ryan Cobb

My first memory of watching the Eurovision Song Contest was back in 2001 and, over the years, my passion and enthusiasm for the contest has very much turned into an obsession. I adore music and I love geography, so this contest is a natural fit for me. If la la loving Eurovision was a crime, I'd certainly be a criminal!
