We’re streaming live from the press centre

Furthermore, read our handy guide for a more detailed look at this contest’s rehearsal schedule.

In addition, for our immediate reactions to every single rehearsal, you can follow our live stream from the press centre at the Altice Arena by visiting our YouTube channel.

The latest artist to rehearse for the second time is Iriao for Georgia. We have just watched their latest run through of For You live on screen and here is our initial reaction.

Staging

The three singers of Iriao are on stage and very calm. Not a lot movement going on. It fits perfect for the song. They walk about around and change positions, but most of the time they stand in one line.

Camera work is good. Not too many shots, which would not be good for the song. The main focus is on the three singers even though they are joined by one Keyboard-Player and a guitar player.

Camera shots in this performance: 38

Vocal

Vocals are on point! Sounds just like the studio version, which is a nice to hear after Australia.

Costume

All three wear a dark suit. They have a white shirt under it. Overall dark outfits.

To qualify or not to qualify?

We have taken a flash poll from around the ESCXTRA table here in the press centre and  9 out of 12 of us say…

NO!

Stay tuned for our reaction to Gromee feat. Lukas Meijer as they rehearse Light Me Up next for Poland. Meanwhile, remember to tune in to our live stream from the press centre for instant reactions to each rehearsal.

Dominik Rössing

Hey, I'm Dominik from Germany. Watched my first Eurovision in 2003 and I was in love right away! Attended my first contest in 2011 and every contest since 2013. The same happened with Melodifestivalen. Started watching in 2006 and been to every final since 2017 and try to make it to at least one heat each year, too. After all, Melodifestivalen is the real deal ♥
