The Netherlands in Junior Eurovision

The Netherlands debuted in the first Junior Eurovision in Copenhagen with Roel and participated every year. They won the contest once in 2009 with Ralf Mackenbach and his entry “Click Clack” and came second in 2011, narrowly missing the trophy by 6 points.  The Netherlands was also the host of the contest twice, in 2007 and 2012. In Tbilisi they were represented by the group Fource with their song “Love me“, placing 4th with 156 points. The song was the winner of the online voting, receiving 112 points.
