Only a few weeks after “Fuego” finished second in the Eurovision final, Eleni Foureira celebrated another triumph today as she received praise and an award from Cyprus’ president.
Earlier today, Eleni met with the island nation’s president, Nicos Anastasiades. The meeting took place in Nicosia, during which Eleni was dressed in a stunning turqouise silk dress.
The president congratulated both Eleni, the Cypriot delegation, as well as the broadcaster CyBC on their success. He also remarked that Eleni’s stage presence and performance were both exceptional. After the meeting, both parties tweeted about the event.
