Preparations are underway for this year’s upcoming Junior Eurovision Song Contest.  A record number of 20 countries will participate in the 16th edition of the event, which takes place in Minsk, Belarus on 25th November.

It was announced earlier in the year that Wales would participate for the first time.  Last month, the EBU surprised fans once more when Kazakhstan was added to the list of participating countries.
