🇷🇸 Hurricane win Beovizija 2020 and will represent Serbia!

Landslide victory

After three shows encompassing two Semi-Finals and one Grand Final, tonight Serbia chose Hurricane as their representatives to Rotterdam.

Hurricane won the final by getting the maximum 12 points from both, the national jury and the Serbian public. They got over 19 thousand televotes.

Hurricane consists of Ivana Nikolić, Ksenija Knežević and Sanja Vučić. Ksenija has previously appeared on the Eurovision stage as a backing vocalist for his dad, Knez. Knez represented Montenegro in Vienna and placed 13th in the final. Sanja Vučić represented Serbia in Eurovision Song Contest 2016 with the song “Goodbye (Shelter)“. The song finished 18th in the final.

What’s the story in Beovizija?

Beovizija 2020 was a National Final held by the broadcaster responsible for the Serbian entry to the Eurovision Song Contest, RTS. The Eurovision Song Contest 2020 will take place in Rotterdam, the Netherlands in May.

Prior to tonight there were two Semi Finals. Here is how they played out. Qualifying artists are in BOLD.

  12. Milan Bujaković feat. Olivera Popović – Niti
