Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2020
This year’s edition of Junior Eurovision will take place in Warsaw, Poland, following Viki Gabor’s 2019 victory with the song “Superhero”. This marks the first time the same country has hosted the contest two years in a row.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, the contest will be hosted in a TV studio as opposed to an arena.
Serbia in Junior Eurovision
Serbia has participated 11 times following their 2006 debut. Thus far, their best placement is 3rd, achieved in both 2007 and 2010 by Nevena Božović and Sonja Škorić respectively. Nevena later went on to participate twice in Eurovision, with Moje 3 in 2013 and as a solo artist last year.
Last year Darija Vračević represented the country. Her song “Podigni Glas” finished in 10th place, scoring 109 points.
