🇷🇸 Serbia: Nevena Božović releases new single “Produzi Dalje”

Nevena keeps the bops coming!

Eurovision veteran Nevena Božović has released a video for her latest single “Produzi Dalje”. This is her third single to be released under her new moniker, simply ‘NEVENA’. It is also her third single of 2020 so far, following her 80s pop banger “LJUBAV U BOJAMA” last month

NEVENA, formerly Nevena Božović, formerly 1/3 of legendary robbed common framework Moje 3, has released yet another new single. The song follows her recent single “LJUBAV U BOJAMA”, and is her third song of 2020. It is also the third single released under the ‘NEVENA’ moniker.

Unlike her other recent singles and “Kruna” (her Eurovision 2019 entry), the song wasn’t written by Nevena, but Borisav Djordjevic. The glossy music video, released by Radio S, can be watched below:

The song is not yet on Spotify. But when it is, you’ll be able to stream it alongside the latest singles from Eurovision and national final alum via our New Music Friday playlist:

Nevena’s Eurovision escapades

Nevena made her Eurovision debut at the 2007 Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Rotterdam. She placed 3rd overall with the song “Piši Mi”, which is Serbia’s best finish to date at the Junior contest.

Nevena entered Beosong 2013 as part of trio Moje 3 with the song “Ljubav je Svuda” (Love Is All Around). They won the selection with over 25,000 votes and went on to represent Serbia at Eurovision 2013 in Malmö. Tragically, they went on to finish 11th in the first semi final, missing out on the final by six points. The group went on to win the prestigious Barbara Dex Award that year.

But her journey didn’t end there! Nevena entered Beovizija 2019 with self-penned ballad “Kruna”, eventually winning the selection. In Tel Aviv, her debut at the adult contest as a soloist, she qualified from the first semi final and went on to place 18th in the Grand Final with 89 points.
