Following a brief break from music at the end of last year, Margaret has come back with a vengeance, more sure of herself and her sound than ever. Since her comeback she has released a string of new singles via her own label, Gaja Hornby Records. Her latest single is ‘Roadster’, a collaboration with rapper Kizo.
Polish pop icon Margaret has had a varied and occasionally turbulent career over the past few years. She has participated in three national finals for Eurovision (in two countries), released four albums, been a mentor on The Voice of Poland, started a label imprint and even raised 20,000 zł for Cancer charity Rak’n’Roll Foundation.
Now, she has released the latest in a string of singles, Roaster, featuring Polish rapper Kizo. The single is part of a continued departure from her bubblegum pop roots.

Margaret has made several bids for the Eurovision stage. Her first came in 2016 in the Polish selection Krajowe Eliminacje with her hit track “Cool Me Down”, finishing in second place behind Michał Szpak.
Margaret later returned to the Eurovision scene as she participated in Melodifestivalen in 2018 with the song “In My Cabana”. She qualified for the final via Andra Chansen, finishing in seventh with 103 points. She became the first Polish artist to take part in the competition and make it to the final.
