🇰🇿 Qaraqat Bashanova will represent Kazakhstan at JESC 2020

Multiple countries have revealed information regarding Junior Eurovision 2020, whether it be their act or their song. Tonight, Kazakhstan chose their entry. Qaraqat Bashanova will represent Kazakhstan in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2020 with the song “Forever.”

Kazakhstan’s national final had 12 competing entries, and “Forever” won with 25.9% of the vote, barely beating Aıım Mukıtanova and her song “Celebrate,” which had 25.7% of the public vote.

When Qaraqat performed, she dedicated her song to her father, who passed away just days before the final. After her emotional performance, many jury members were left in tears.
