🇳🇴 Stavangerkameratene release MGP 2021 entry “Barndomsgater”

The third pre-qualified finalist

Stavangerkameratene is one of the six contestants prequalified to the final of Norway’s Melodi Grand Prix 2021. Their entry “Barndomsgater” was released today.

The song is written by Tommy Fredvang, Lars Horn Lavik, Robin Sharma and Glenn Lyse.

Stavangerkameratene is formed by Kjartan Salvesen, Tommy Fredvang, Glenn Lyse and Ole Alexander Mæland, who all have competed in talent shows in Norwegian TV before. So far they have released two studio albums and have over 50 million streams on Spotify.

The group will perform their entry “Barndomsgater” in the second semifinal of Melodi Grand Prix 2021 this Saturday but they are already qualified to the final. They will compete to represent Norway at the Eurovision Song Contest 2021 on February 20.

The artists competing at this week’s semifinal are:

Raylee – Hero
Maria Solheim – Nordlyset
Daniel Owen – Psycho
Ketil Stokkan – My Life Is OK
