In the lead up to Melodifestivalen 2021, we had a chance to speak to the upcoming participants taking part in this year’s competition. We had the chance to speak to Paul Rey, who will be making his second appearance in the competition with the song ‘The Missing Piece’
During our interview, we talked about his participation in Melodifestivalen 2020, where he managed to make the final through second chance, and place sixth overall. He mentioned that he enjoyed his participation and that it felt natural for him to come back to the competition this year. In addition, we also talked about his upcoming participation and the preparation for it.
In addition to Melodifestivalen, Paul also released his new EP ‘Note to Her’, which is dedicated to his daughter. Where he talked about the process of the making of the record, as well as future music plans.
