🇷🇺 Russia: Little Big to return to Eurovision through a national final?

Russian news site Gazeta.Ru reports that Little Big will probably represent Russia at Eurovision 2021, with a national final set for March 8th to determine the song.

Russian media outlet gazeta.ru quoting 360TV as well as EurovisionFun reports that Russia is probably set to be represented by Little Big at the 2021 Eurovision Song Contest.

According to the report the artist or the artists have been already internally selected by Channel One and a live national final is to be held on March 8 to determine the song that will be performed at Eurovision.
The show will be hosted by Yana Churikova.

It’s worth mentioning that Little Big were one of the big pre-contest favorites in last year’s canceled contest, with their song “Uno” due to represent Russia, topping betting sites as well as having largest amount of views on YouTube for their Eurovision entry.

However, the report is not quite clarifying wheather the confirmed artist will indeed be Little Big, but the probability is high that it will be them.
Russian broadcaster Channel One has not yet confirmed the report, and should a national final be held it will be the first time since 2012 that Russia will have held a televised selection process for Eurovision.

Former Russian representative Yulia Savicheva who represented Russia at Eurovision 2004 has stated on instagram that she has been invited to attend the show on March 8.
