Over the last past week, you have been submitting your predictions for the seventh round of Eurovision Prediction 2021. In our second ‘Super Saturday’ of the season, you were asked to predict the winners of Dansk Melodi Grand Prix in Denmark, Eesti Laul in Estonia, Festival da Canção in Portugal and the winner of Italy’s Sanremo. Now, let’s take a look at who you collectively expect to win the Portuguese ticket to Rotterdam!
After two semi-finals, 10 acts remain in contention to represent Portugal. Tonight’s show will be hosted by Filomena Cautela & Vasco Palmeirim. Once again, Inês Lopes Gonçalves will be hosting from the green room. Ten acts will compete for the Portuguese ticket to Rotterdam, and votes will be announced publicly for the first time in the selection.
Previously, RTP revealed that if a competing artist returned a positive test for COVID-19 before their semi-final, that participant will be disqualified from the competition. However, if they qualify and then test positive before the final, their semi-final performance will be used instead during the final.
The winner of Festival da Canção 2021 will be determined by 50/50 jury/televote. In the event of a tie, the act that scores more with the regional juries wins.
During this round of Eurovision Prediction 2021, 162 of you have predicted who you think will take victory in Portugal. Without further ado, here are the entries that YOU have predicted to win in order of frequency, from most to least:

Last year, over 2/3 of our players predicted that Barbara Tinoco would win Festival da Canção 2020. Meanwhile, eventual winner Elisa received around 22% of predictions. Back in 2019 however, the majority of our players correctly predicted Conan Osiris’ win.
Members of the ESCXTRA team may be disappointed by this result, as they selected NEEV’s “Dancing In The Stars” as their winner in our XTRA Decides feature.

We will publish the official results within 48 hours of the final. Stay tuned to see how you fare against the rest of the competition! In the meantime, voting for Round 8, the final round, will open soon!
Last year, our 420 prediction players only predicted the correct national winners 10 of out 27 times…an all-time low. To be fair, 2020 was a very unpredictable year in general. In 2019, our Eurovision Prediction players collectively predicted 16 out of 29 national final winners correctly. In 2018, your record was 19 out of 30.
After a…slow start to the season, our players hit a winning streak! Currently, our players have predicted 5 out of 8 national final results correctly. Can they keep their winning streak going?
