Rehearsal review

Rehearsing right now inside the Rotterdam Ahoy is TIX, performing “Fallen Angel” for Norway. We will continue to update this article as each run through takes place, so make sure to keep refreshing for the most up-to-date review!

Next on stage is TIX and he stayed mostly true to his staging from MGP. He stands in the middle of the main stage in a silver glittery suit, a white fur coat and his signature white wings. Around him are 4 dancers dressed in black as devils with black wings who are chained to TIX.

The performance starts with a mostly blue/white/black colour palette and camera shots close and around TIX. Not a lot of wide shots in the beginning. During the songs, the dancers bring a dynamic into the song, dancing around TIX and letting go of the chains. For the final chorus and key change the colors change to gold/purple colours with cloud and sky graphics on the screen behind him. Although TIX does not go for the big note, he is doing some ad libs and presents a nice vocal.

For the second run through, pyro comes into play with bursts of flames during the chorus. In the final chorus, the LED screen opens up and golden strobes of light are beaming through the arena.

Rehearsal video clip

We will update the article, once the EBU has uploaded the rehearsal video clip on the official Eurovision channel.
