Ukraine at Eurovision
At Eurovision, Ukraine holds a stunning feat, as they are the only country that has failed to qualify since the semi-finals were introduced in 2004.
Ukraine is arguably one of the greatest countries, if not the greatest country to participate in Eurovision in the 21st century, as year upon year, they produce entries that are consistently of a high quality.
At Eurovision 2021, electro-folk band, Go_A, placed 5th in the Grand Final. However, their success didn’t stop there. “Shum” charted in the Spotify Global Viral Top 50 and was the first Ukrainian-language song to enter the billboard charts. The future looks bright for new Ukrainian artists, and 2022 beckons the following question – who will follow in Go_A’s footsteps?
