Romania’s broadcaster TVR has revealed the 20 songs that have qualified to the semi-finals of their national selection for Eurovision Song Contest 2022. Here are the semi-finalists of Selecția Națională 2022.

- ARIS – Do Svidaniya
- Cezar Ouatu – For everyone
- Cream, Minodora şi Diana Bucşă – România mea
- Dora Gaitanovici – Ana
- E-an-na – Malere
- Eliza G – The other half of me
- Eugenia Nicolae feat. Cazanoi Brothers – Doina
- Gabriel Basco – One night
- Kyrie Mendél – Hurricane
- Mălina – Prisoner
- MØISE – Guilty
- Oana Tăbultoc – Utopia
- PETRA – Ireligios
- VANU – Never give up
- Vizi – Sparrow
- WRS – Llamame
Earlier the live performances of the 46 songs were released by the broadcaster TVR. Fifteen of the qualifiers were decided by the jury while five more were saved by the online voters. Next these twenty songs will compete in a semi-final, where ten songs qualify to the final. Romania will choose their Eurovision 2022 representative on March 5th. The winner determined by a 50/50 split of public and jury voting.
Romania hopes to qualify to the final for the first time since 2017. Last year the country was represented by ROXEN, who failed to qualify to the final with the song “Amnesia”. In 2022, Romania in will compete in the second semi-final of the contest in Turin. Romania’s representative will perform on the second half of the show.
