On Saturday night, Latvia joined the other Baltic nations in selecting their Eurovision entries through Supernova. Although we knew that Citi Zēni won Supernova 2022 “Eat Your Salad“, the raw televoting results have now been published.
The winner was determined by a professional jury and a televote, with the vote split being 50/50. Unlike other broadcasters who announce the jury members prior to the show, LTV will reveal the members of the jury after Eurovision 2022. The jury will include representatives of the Latvian music industry, event industry, and television, as well as foreign professionals.

According to LTV, a total of 206,491 votes were cast by the public, with over 50,000 votes for the winners (Citi Zēni), and just over 2,100 for the last placed act (Miks Dukurs).
