Eurovision Spain has confirmed the return of the PrePartyES in Madrid. The event will take place from 15th to 16th of April. The first artists for the evenings have been announced recently.
Albania and Ireland to perform in Madrid
Albania’s Ronela Hajati will travel to Madrid, after first performing on Amsterdam’s Eurovision in Concert the weekend before. The Albanian singer will represent her country in Turin with the song “Sekret”. Also joining the party in Madrid after Eurovision in Concert the weekend before is Ireland’s Brooke. Brooke won the national selection Eurosong 2022 with the song “That’s Rich” and will represent Ireland at the Eurovision Song Contest 2022.
Spain’s very own Chanel will also perform at the PrePartyES. She won the first ever edition of Benidorm Fest with the song “SloMo” and will represent Spain in Turin.
The first evening, the Welcome PrePartyES 2022 will be hosted by Krista Siegfrids. After representing Finland at the Eurovision Song Contest 2013, Krista has competed in Sweden’s Melodifestivalen twice and hosted Finland’s national selection UMK for five times, from 2016 to 2020. The first artist announced for the welcome evening is Melani García, who represent Spain at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in 2019 and finished third.
Eurovision Spain promises to reveal more artists for the PrePartyES this week. The tickets for the event are on sale and more information can be found on their website.
