Klara Hammarström tops the Spotify chart after the release of Melodifestivalen finalists

All finalists in the top 50

On Saturday, after the last heat of Melodifestivalen 2022, all the finalists and the entries from the fourth heat were released to Spotify. Based on the streams on Sunday, Klara Hammarström’s “Run to the Hills” is the most streamed song in Sweden.

1. Klara Hammarström – Run to the Hills – 183 609 streams
2. Medina – In i dimman – 166 080 streams
3. Anders Bagge – Bigger than the Universe – 152 008 streams
6. Cornelia Jakobs – Hold Me Closer – 105 815 streams
12. LIAMOO – Bluffin – 75 506 streams
20. Robin Bengtsson – Innocent Love – 65 329 streams
21. John Lundvik – Änglavakt – 62 639 streams
32. Faith Kakembo – Freedom – 49 474 streams

Currently eight songs have qualified to the Melodifestivalen 2022 final from the four heats. Last Saturday, Klara Hammarström and Medina qualified to the final. Four more songs will be sent to the final from the semi-final this Saturday.

From the semi-finalists, Lillasyster currently have the highest-charting song on Sweden’s Spotify top 50. Based on the streams from Sunday, their entry “Till Our Days Are Over” is on the eighth place. Lillasyster is followed by Cazzi Opeia on the ninth and Anna Bergendahl on the 14th place.

The semi-final of Melodifestivalen 2022 is hosted by the Friends Arena on Saturday, March 5th. The eight semi-finalists will be drawn to two groups tomorrow. Two songs from each group will qualify to the final. Sweden will decide their Eurovision 2022 representative on March 12th in the Melodifestivalen final.
