Malta’s Emma Muscat to perform in Eurovision in Concert 2022

She won't be "out of sight" in Amsterdam

Eurovision in Concert have added yet another Eurovision 2022 artist to their ever-growing line-up. Malta’s Emma Muscat will also be performing in Amsterdam on April 9th.

Emma Muscat won Malta Eurovision Song Contest 2022 after being the clear favourite of the jury and the Maltese public. She was the favourite of all six jury members and got 20 points from the televoters. Her song “Out of Sight” is written by Antonio Caputo, Emma Muscat, Gabriel Rossi, Lorenzo Santarelli and Marco Salvaderi.

Emma Muscat will represent the island nation at the second semi-final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 in Turin, Italy. She is set to perform on the first half of the show on May 12th.

Yesterday Eurovision in Concert announced that Lithuania’s Monika Liu will be performing in Amsterdam on April 9th. Also confirmed to perform in AFAS Live are the artists from Poland, The NetherlandsBulgariaAlbania, Belgium and Ireland. More acts for the concert will be announced in the coming weeks.

The Eurovision 2021 host Edsilia Rombley and Cornald Maas will host the evening. Maggie MacNeal will also perform on the stage of AFAS Live as a supporting act. She represented The Netherlands back in 1974 as part of the duo Mouth & MacNeal and in 1980 as a solo artist with “Amsterdam”. The second supporting act was recently announced – Linda Wagenmakers will warm up the stage with her 2000 entry “No Goodbyes”.
