PIA MARIA – ‘White Noise’
After releasing her first solo single, ‘I Know U Know‘, Austria’s 2022 representative, Pia Maria brings her latest single, ‘White Noise’. Although very much a misnomer of song titles, ‘White Noise’ shows another shade of Pia’s music artistry. With a gentle piano build into a punchy guitar chorus, this angst-driven track delves into the raw emotions of a fraught relationship on the brink of ending.
Brooke – ‘Chaotic Heart’ (EP)
Fresh off the back of a raft of new singles including, ‘Tongues‘ and ‘Heartbreaker‘, Ireland’s 2022 representative Brooke releases the debut EP, Chaotic Heart. From the pure pop of ‘Attention’, the punchy in your face, ‘That’s Rich’ to the softer emotional side in ‘Enough’, Brooke shares all the spectrums of how love makes us feel.
The whole EP is inspired by relationships and love, its complexities and how they continuously evolve and can be chaotic – hence the title, ‘Chaotic Heart’. I’m so excited to release the EP as Chapter One in my musical career. Releasing it at the end of one of the best years of my life is a celebration and I hope it gets people excited for what’s to come.

Klara Hammarström & Rasmus Gozzi – ‘Bang My Head’
This week on New Music Friday, Melodifestivalen regular Klara Hammarström returns with her latest single, ‘Bang My Head’. Together with Swedish producer and writer, Rasmus Gozzi, they create a rave banger with a powerful message. Through the release of this single, Klara is raising awareness of how it feels to have ADHD, as someone that has the condition herself. All the pressures of society and the prejudices that come with trying to feel understood and get a diagnosis as a female. The lyrics and throbbing club beat pulsate in unison to replicate the mindset.
