Serbia will be choosing their Eurovision 2023 entry this week. Pesma za Evroviziju is back for another year. We were lucky enough to be able to have a chat with Filip Baloš, who will be hoping to win the show with “Novi plan drugi san”.
My brother broke up with his girlfriend and I got really inspired by that story. He was in a bad place mentally, didn’t get out of bed and stuff. But he changed his way of thinking really fast, like setting new plans for himself, for the future.

In the interview, we spoke to Filip about his song for Eurovision this year. Not only do we discuss his musical career, but we also spoke about his work as a painter and graphic designer – something we’ll see in his Pesma za Evroviziju performance.
And as the song was based on the story of Filip’s brother breaking up with his girlfriend, we obviously had a little chat about his ‘new plans’ and new dreams. Turns out there’s a good twist to that story… But you’ll have to watch the interview below to find out!
