This afternoon, Portuguese broadcaster RTP revealed the artists and songs participating in Festival da Canção 2024! This follows their announcement of the competing composers back in November 2023.

About Festival da Canção
A total of 809 songs were submitted to RTP for this year’s edition. The above 20 songs will be heard during the two semi-finals, of which twelve (six per night) will qualify for the final, to be held on 9 March. The winner of Festival da Canção will go on to represent Portugal at Eurovision 2024 in Malmö, Sweden. They will succeed Mimicat as the Portuguese representative, who placed 23rd last year with “Ai coração”.
