Today, our annual Press Poll was conducted for the dress rehearsal of the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 Semi-Final 2. In addition, we have collaborated with five other sites to bring you The Eurovision Audience Poll 2024 for this evening’s preview show – an exit poll of audience members as they left the Malmö Arena.
Audience Poll 2024
Following the success of the inaugural Eurovision Audience Poll throughout the preview shows in Liverpool, this year we are working in partnership with ESC Insight, The Euro Trip Podcast, 12 Points From America, That Eurovision Site and OGAE Sweden to conduct The Eurovision Audience Poll 2024. Members of the six participating platforms will be approaching audience members leaving the Malmö Arena after each evening preview show to ask them who their favourite of the night was.
However, there are some caveats when considering tonight’s Audience Poll. Before the show, the Øresund Bridge underwent a temporary closure, meaning some fans staying in Copenhagen, Denmark may have missed the first song upon late arrival to the show. Meanwhile, Belgium received special dispensation to perform again at the end of the acts, due to technical difficulties.

The 2024 Press Poll and Audience Poll
Earlier this week, we conducted the Audience Poll for Semi-Final 1. On Friday 10th May, we will conduct the third of our Audience Polls for the evening preview of the Grand Final.
In addition, accredited members of the press were able to follow proceedings, either at the press centre in Malmö or via the online press centre. After today’s acts took to the stage, we invited members of the media to vote for their THREE favourite rehearsals of the day. The results of the Press Poll and further information can be found here.
