Germany has officially selected Bjarne to represent the nation at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2024. Bjarne will perform the song “Save the Best For Us” in Madrid, Spain, on November 16.
The German national selection featured five talented young artists who each recorded one-minute demo versions of their potential entries. The results were determined by a combination of an expert jury and online voting from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, each contributing 50% to the final decision. Bjarne emerged as the winner, securing first place in both the jury and online voting.

Bjarne, a ten-year-old rising star, gained public attention through his participation in the twelfth season of “The Voice Kids” Germany, where he reached the sing-offs under the mentorship of Eurovision winner Lena Meyer-Landrut. His growing popularity is reflected in his social media following, with over 176,000 Instagram followers and more than 161,000 followers on TikTok.
Bjarne will now record a full studio version of “Save the Best For Us”, which is expected to be released along with its music video in the coming months. Fans are eagerly awaiting to see Bjarne perform in Madrid, as he aims to bring home Germany’s first Junior Eurovision win.
