Stay Tuned to represent The Netherlands at JESC 2024

Following a competitive edition of long-running Dutch national final Junior Songfestival 2024, AVROTROS have confirmed that Stay Tuned will represent The Netherlands at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2024 with, ‘Music’.

During the 21st edition of Junior Songfestival, four acts participated in the live Grand Final. Following the results of the public vote, children’s jury and jury, the young band Stay Tuned were declared the winners of the competition with their entry, ‘Music’. The band of four will now represent The Netherlands at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2024 taking place in Madrid, Spain on November 16.

The Netherlands in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest

The Netherlands have competed in every edition of Junior Eurovision since the contest’s inception in 2003. In 2009, Ralf Mackenbach won the contest with the song ‘Click Clack’, securing the first, and so far only, Dutch victory.

In 2023, the Dutch representatives were Sep and Jasmijn with the song, ‘Holding On To You’. They finished in 7th place with 122 points.
