The London Eurovision Party is less than a fortnight away, and the line-up keeps growing. Today we can announce that Albania’s representative, Eneda Tarifa is the latest act to confirm her attendance at Café de Paris on Sunday, April 17.
The multi-talented Eneda Tarifa was born in Tirana in 1982, and as well as having a successful recording career, she is also an actress, television presenter, songwriter and director.
A landmark success in her career came in 2010 when she won the popular Top Fest competition with ‘Me Veten’ which went on to become a major hit in Albania as well as Kosovo. Eneda has also judged several festival for young talent as well as written lyrics to children’s songs.
In December 2015 she returned to the festival circuit with a victory at Festivali i Këngës with ‘Përrallë’ which means she has the honour of representing Albania in Eurovision 2016, which she will do with the English version of the song, ‘Fairytale’.
Eneda’s addition to the London Eurovision Party line-up brings the roster of artists from this year’s contest to 17, plus special guests. A final, extremely limited batch of tickets will be released this Sunday, April 10.
