🇸🇪 New Melodifestivalen app to bring the audience together in a virtual way

As we all know, Melodifestivalen will take place in a really different way this year. No Melfest-tour through Sweden, no Friends Arena, no audience… However, SVT has found a solution to bring our beloved Swedish show as close as possible to the viewers at home! Want to know more? Keep reading.

Mello Tillsammans

That’s going to be the name of the upcoming application. On Melodifestivalen’s Instagram account, we can already find a video in which the application gets explained. The users will get to create groups to watch the six Melodifestivalen-shows together without being in the same room. As an ultimate test of the app, SVT will broadcast the Melodifestivalen edition of 1979. Note: the application will only be available on iPads, as it requires a larger screen.
