ESCXTRA.com are live for day 5 of rehearsals ahead of the Eurovision Song Contest 2021 taking place at the Rotterdam Ahoy in The Netherlands!
The countries rehearsing today, in chronological order, are Lithuania, Slovenia, Russia, Sweden, North Macedonia, Ireland, Cyprus, Norway, Croatia, Belgium, Israel, Romania, Azerbaijan and Ukraine.

Rehearsal review
Rehearsing right now for the second time inside the Rotterdam Ahoy is Elena Tsagrinou performing “El Diablo” for Cyprus. We will continue to update this article as each run through takes place, so make sure to keep refreshing for the most up-to-date review!
Firstly, remind yourselves what happened in the first rehearsal:
And now here is what we’ve noticed in today’s second rehearsal:
And now it’s time for the devil! Elena and her dancers are wearing the exact same outfits as in the first rehearsal and not much has changed in general in her performance, as it was already very sleek in the first rehearsal.
The Cypriot delegation cleaned up a few camera shots and everything now looks like a finished performance that is ready to go! Vocally, Elena sounds stunning and the mixing has been perfected as well.
Fot the last run, the pyro is being used heavily at the end! The mirror lifts up and the flames start to burn behind the giant letters “El Diablo”. They might be a bit too bright as it is a bit bright, but the flames get toned down in the end.
