Rehearsal review
Rehearsing right now inside the Rotterdam Ahoy is Måneskin, performing “Zitti e buoni” for Italy. We will continue to update this article as each run through takes place, so make sure to keep refreshing for the most up-to-date review!
Måneskin is the first of the big 5 and host country to rehearse and they’re kicking off the the show with a bang! They bring a big podium with front-facing flashing lights onto the stage with drums and the drum player on it. They are all wearing black outfits and the lead singer is almost shirtless with a belt around his neck. They all have on dark makeup and messy hair. Colour-scheme wise, whe have mostly red and white, however at the end, it all turns blue and then back to red. In general, the lights are very flashy and crazy, adding to the atmosphere of the song.
The opening shot starts from backstage and the lead singer takes us with him towards the podium where he then dances together with the guitarists who are standing left and right to him, sometimes even on the side wings of the stage. In the end pyro appears in the final run, with the longest pyro curtain we have seen this season! Additionaly, there are sparks and fire from the stage, so they are not holding back!
Rehearsal video clip
We will update the article, once the EBU has uploaded the rehearsal video clip on the official Eurovision channel.
