New Music Friday – this week with Blind Channel, wrs, Andromache, S10 and more!

Ten of the best new songs from Eurovision artists!

Vladana – ‘Prevarena’

After sharing a moving tribute to her late mother in Turin, Montenegro’s Vladana returns with new single, ‘Prevarena’ or ‘Cheating’ in English. Now Vladana is ready to share a new side to her music. Taking up the tempo a notch, this new track is co-written with Vladimir Danilović and produced by Boris Krstajić. Together they retain the richness of Vladana’s vocals, but wrap them in a disco-synth production. Away from the pull of the dancefloor is a song many will relate to in bad relationships.

JustG & Sarah McTernan – ‘Let You In’

Last year, Ireland’s Eurovision 2019 entrant, Sarah McTernan returned from an extended music break to crack our annual top 10 countdown of New Music Friday hits. Now she’s back with latest single, ‘Let You In’. This time she has extended that offer to Irish electronic DJ JustG. Together they bring a love banger ready made for the festival season. Between the deep house production and emotive vocals, this is definitely Sarah McTernan’s Becky Hill era.

Anna Bergendahl – ‘Demons and Dreams’

Last but not least on New Music Friday is Sweden’s Eurovision 2010 representative and Melodifestivalen veteran, Anna Bergendahl. After her recent experience with a higher power, Anna is now faced with, ‘Demons and Dreams’. Of course with Anna, life is never really that dark. With her now distinctive ethereal country-pop sound, ‘Demons and Dreams’ is about sharing and accepting the bad with the good. Later this year Anna will release Intention, her first album in ten years.
