Slovenia at the Eurovision Song Contest
Slovenia has participated in the Eurovision Song Contest as an independent country since 1993, only missing a handful of contests since then. Their best result is 7th, achieved in both 1994 and 2001. Since the introduction of the Semi-Finals, Slovenia has had mixed results, only appearing in eight finals since 2004. Its highest finish in the Semi-Final era was in 2011, when Maja Keuc finished 13th with ‘No One’.
In 2024 RTVSLO internally selected Raiven with ‘Veronika’. During the Malmö contest Raiven advanced to the Grand Final and placed 23rd with 27 points.
