The latest artist to rehearse for the second time is The Humans for Romania. We have just watched their latest run through of Goodbye live on screen and here is our initial reaction.
Romania have kept their staging from the first rehearsal – yes, the mannequins are still there…
The beginning is very dark. Later the lead singer gets joined by her band who all wear white. With the band, there are mannequins on stage. The wear masks like the two dancers, but on their face. All mannequins are black except for one, which is white. The message is, that many people try to talk someone out not doing suicide.

The vocals are absolutely perfect from Romania. There’s not a single way that I can fault this.
Again, everything the same as the first rehearsal: the lead singer is wearing a beautiful purple dress, whilst her backing dancers are in white.
To qualify or not to qualify?
We have taken a flash poll from around the ESCXTRA table here in the press centre and 6 out of 6 of us say…
Watch the rehearsal!
Stay tuned for our reaction to Sanja Ilic & Balkanika as they rehearse Nova deca next for Serbia. If you want to know what to expect for the rest of the day, check out our rehearsal schedule here.
