🇳🇱 Duncan Laurence re-releases ‘Arcade’ with Fletcher

The reigning champion puts a new twist to his winning entry

After the successful release of his debut album ‘Small Town Boy‘, reigning Eurovision champion Duncan Laurence has surprised us again. This time, he has re-released his Eurovision winning entry ‘Arcade’ as a duet with American singer Fletcher.

The new version of ‘Arcade’ sees Fletcher singing the second verse of the song, with new lyrics. The two singers join forces together in the Chorus and continues on to the end of the song.

To coincide with the release of the new version of ‘Arcade’, a Lyric Video was released, with the footage from the original music video being used.

Duncan Laurence at the Eurovision Song Contest

The Netherlands internally selected Duncan Laurence to represent them at the Eurovision Song Contest 2019. In Tel Aviv, Duncan managed to bring The Netherlands to the Grand Final for a fourth consecutive year.

In addition to his participation in the Grand Final, Duncan also managed to win the ‘Press Award’ for the ‘Marcel Bezençon Awards’ as voted for by the Press.

After 44 years, Duncan managed to win the Eurovision Song Contest for The Netherlands. The last time the country won the contest was in 1975 with “Ding-a-dong”.
